Needed a replacement, for a broken touch screen on a ASUS laptop, and was recommenced to use this company. In the afternoon of 10.7.26 I ordered and paid for the screen, along with the adhesive stripes to hold it in place, There were 'a lot of hoops to jump through', to make payment (should be simpler), which took me so long to complete, I thought I missed the time slot for dispatch that day. However, the protectively packed items, arrived safely on 12.7.26, with good tracking for the delivery. The screen was fitted, and works well. The overall cost was very reasonable, compared to other possible suppliers. There is a VAT invoice available online. The screen for my Gigabyte Aero 15 was easy to find inputting the screen model number in the search box. Placing an order and paying for it was simple and easy to understand. After a couple of emails to yourselves, the problem was sorted by courteous and professional staff and I received a replacement the very next day. Was a bit skeptical initially but when I saw the part number detail and broad range of spare screens , I ordered the one for my HP ENVY 14 eb0000 ,500 nit 1920*1200 matte display. I got exactly what I wanted. A drop-in replacement from BOE ( a good OEM for making LCDs in China) and my laptop looks like new ! Would recommend it 100% and also recommend folks to buy adhesive tapes to fix your New Screen as it does not come included. After removing the surround the old screen caused me a slight problem as the adhesive tape did not want to release screen but after perseverance it came away.
